About Marie Osmond
Marie was born October 13, 1959 in Ogden, Utah. She’s has many musicians in her family and started her solo career in 1970’s. Her biggest hit was Paper Roses. Osmond turned down the offer to play Sandy in Grease because she didn’t like moral message of the script. She was guest starring on many TV shows. She’s currently married for the fourth times.
She got married to Steve Craig on June 26, 1982 then to Brian Blosil on October 28, 1986. After her second divorce, she remarried her former husband Steve on May 4, 2011. In total, she has four daughters and four sons.
She had an opportunity to play Sandy in the film Grease, but turned down the role and it eventually went to Olivia Newton-John.
